Pam planned our honeymoon to Jade Mountain in St Lucia. The trip was amazing and flawless. I never understood why it was important to use a travel agent when there are so many ways to book online yourself. Well, here’s why: When we got to our resort, we found out that the area we were scheduled to be in was under construction.  Before we could object, they said our travel agent had called the resort and taken care of the problem.  Pam really took care of us and had a relationship with the resort that we did not have.
